With our strategically located warehouses across Canada, we ensure prompt delivery to any physical address within the country. Enjoy the convenience of FREE ground shipping or discounted rates on all our products. Plus, when you shop for a minimum value of $99, your shipping is on us! After an order is placed, we are unable to alter the shipping address. If there was a mistake in your address and your shipment was returned to us, and you would want us to send it out again, we will either charge you for both methods of shipping or commence the return process and issue a refund. Please be aware that your refund will be less than 20% restocking fee and the cost of return postage.

Return Request Timeframe

You can make a return request within 30 days from the date you received your order.

Return Authorization (RGA)

Before sending back any item, you are required to request a return authorization (RGA) from us. Our Customer support team will generate RGA sheet for the return which you have to attach with the package. This helps us track and process your return efficiently. Returns without Return Merchandise will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged to the returns incase you don't want the parts anymore. We double check the parts before sending your way. In case you gave wrong or missing details about your car, a restocking fee will be charged with the return.

Free Shipping Exceptions

In rare circumstances, carrier rates that are lofty or weight/volume restrictions may require us to add an extra to the shipping cost of your order. Before your order is processed, you will have an opportunity to examine any additional fees.

Extended Distance Additional Charge

In order to continue providing our products to customers in all areas, we have introduced an Extended Distance Surcharge. This surcharge is applied to specific postal codes (approximately 4% of all codes) that are significantly farther from our fulfillment centers. Unfortunately, the high shipping costs to these zones have made it impractical for us to maintain free shipping for all customers. By implementing the Extended Distance Surcharge, we aim to ensure that our products remain accessible to those areas who rely on them. The surcharge will be clearly indicated during the checkout process for applicable postal codes.

Courier Partners and Holidays

The delivery timeline displayed on the product page takes into account the possibility of courier partners observing holidays. Some couriers do not operate on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and these non-working days are considered when determining delivery dates. Please be aware that there might be a gap between the day you place your order and the actual delivery date, especially if there are holidays during this period.

Shipping Damage

In the unfortunate event that your product is damaged during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. We have experience in handling damage claims and will work towards a resolution.
